What motivates me?

When I read this week’s blog topic it really made me ponder… I came to the conclusion that it is the little things in life that motivates me.

It is a few encouraging words from your mother or father that gets you through the day, even though you might not realise it.
It is the family and friends that you have. The thought of having people in your life that care about your well-being is more than enough to keep me motivated.
It is the beautiful city that you live. Who wouldn’t want to live life to the fullest when you are constantly surrounded by such beauty?
The tweets of fellow classmates can definitely motivate you. A constant update on their progress is very motivating. It is like a wake-up call for me to get started on my work.
It is the faith that you have in God. He gives us the strength, health and wealth we need to get through each day.
It is the success stories of those who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, and are now are living life to the fullest.
It is the sayings that you read in random places such as, ‘make every moment count.’
It is the thought that there are people out there that are worse off than us. It makes appreciate what you have.
Being smiled at by a complete stranger, at least you don’t go unrecognised.

It is important to know what motivates you, so that you don’t lose sight of the goals and aspirations you want to achieve in life.
