I cannot begin to explain the impact Avatar had on me but I will admit to crying- Yes i cried for Avatar! It really shows how self-centered human beings are, they will stop at nothing to get what they want and it do not seem to care who they trample over.
Human greed has become somewhat of a disease, infecting the minds of others and making them oblivious to what is real. Money does not make the world go round but nature does because without it we are nothing just dead corpses- literally. We are slowly but surely killing the environment by our ignorance and nonchalant attitude. What will it take for us to wake up and realise what we are doing to the planet? If we need more people to direct movies like Avatar, then I say go ahead and keep directing.
The future of the environment is in our hands and only we can do something about it before it is too late. We need to act now and act together, by making conscience decisions so that future generations may too benefit from the fruits of Mother Nature.

What a brilliant explanation of this movie, it to had a huge impact on my life because it portrayed what we as humans are doing to the earth. It was so great to see a movie that not only had a message, but one that we could relate to in modern day life. So well done on a great topic!
ReplyDeleteI too cried for Avatar! This is a brilliant movie and a clever way to get this message across to the younger generations and older. People love movies and this is a fast way to inform them.
ReplyDeleteThe greed people have for the treasures of earth are and can cause war. This movie is an eye opener and should not be taken lightly.
I fully agree with Donna, that this is great explanation of the movie. Your expressions prove that the movie was effective in sending out a message to open peoples eyes. If anybody has not watched the movie I'm sure that after reading your blog they will.
