It boils down to practise what you preach and don’t be a hypocrite.
Talk about things that you are knowledgeable about instead of talking about things you don’t know just to sound intelligent.
What is the point in talking a lot when you don’t do anything about issues that affect you? It’s like blowing hot steam into the air, pretty pointless. It’s all about talking less and doing more.
It you are not going to say anything worth your while then rather keep quiet and save yourself the embarrassment. Nobody likes and hair-head floating around.
Sooner or later people would have caught your bluff and realised that you actually know nothing, but claim to be practising so much.
The more you practise the more reason you have to preach.

Thats true... such a simple rule to follow yet everybody wants to be experts.
