This is such a true statement. When you are hungry, you eat; when you are tired, you sleep and when you are sad, you cry. It is all feelings that we experience in our daily lives, which follow some sort of behaviour. But this does not mean that every feeling needs to be acted out such as, hatred, jealousy or anger. Those feelings are better left untouched. I’m not saying that one should keep those feelings bottled up, just be very careful of how those feeling make you behave- it can result in serious consequences.
It doesn’t matter what you are feeling just be aware of the consequences that follow your actions. Remember that actions speak louder than words.
